Cooper's Custom Saddles Guarantee
Every saddle that leaves my workshop does so under one condition – i.e. I am 100% satisfied with it.
I take pride in offering the best, friendly and personal, after sales service available anywhere. Therefore, I guarantee that every saddle will:
- Be supplied as ordered
- Fit you and your horse correctly
- Be comfortable for you and your horse
- Be built with pride using un-surpassed workmanship
- Comprise the best materials and hardware available anywhere in the world today
- Be tough and hardwearing.
- Be professionally hand finished & attractive to the eye
At no time during my career building custom saddles, have I ever had a saddle returned due to failure.
Should you be dissatisfied for ANY reason, I would appreciate your immediate notice, so that together, we can action a plan that will ensure your satisfaction.
** Incorrect use, alteration, abuse of goods, or change of mind, will immediately void the guarantee. **
Terms & Conditions
1) All 1st payments are taken as order confirmation and part payment of the total cost of your order and are to be received within 7 days from the date on the order form.
They ARE NOT holding deposits, & are NON-REFUNDABLE. You are required to honour your order commitment to Cooper’s Custom Saddles.
2) Upon notice that work is due to commence on your order, you will be required to transfer the total balance of monies owing to Cooper’s Custom Saddles, PRIOR to commencement of work.
Cooper’s Custom Saddles reserves the right to re-book your order if your payment is not received in advance within 7 days of notice of commencement.
3) Delivery times are calculated as accurately as possible, but are estimates only.
Cooper’s Custom Saddles reserves the right to adjust completion dates at any given time. If it is necessary to adjust completion dates, Cooper’s Custom Saddles will notify you immediately.
4) Upon making your deposit, you enter a legally binding contract, accepting all of the above terms.
