Cooper's Custom Saddles Guarantee
Every saddle that leaves my workshop does so under one condition – i.e. I am 100% satisfied with it.
I take pride in offering the best, friendly and personal, after sales service available anywhere. Therefore, I guarantee that every saddle will:
- Be supplied as ordered
- Fit you and your horse correctly
- Be comfortable for you and your horse
- Be built with pride using un-surpassed workmanship
- Comprise the best materials and hardware available anywhere in the world today
- Be tough and hardwearing.
- Be attractive to the eye
At no time during the 14 years that I have been building custom saddles, have I ever had a saddle returned due to failure.
Should you be dissatisfied for ANY reason, I would appreciate your immediate notice, so that together, we can action a plan that will ensure your satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to supply your saddle to your satisfaction, I will refund the full cost of the saddle as outlined in the terms & conditions .
Terms & Conditions
- Should a refund be required, verbal and written notice must be given to Cooper's Custom Saddles within seven days from date of pick-up or receipt of goods.
- Changes in preference or opinion after the fact, do not entitle a refund.
- In a case where a refund is given, it will be for purchase price only, and will not include postage and handling, UNLESS, the saddle is proven to have failed.
- Returned goods must be in original, new condition, i.e. unmarked, unaltered.
Incorrect use, alteration, or abuse of goods, will immediately void all aspects of the guarantee.
